Not sure what size roast, but low to medium low, depending on how well or you want the 20 minutes mark, with the temperature, 175 in the center is well done, so the next heat, works for me

It should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. If it is a 5-pound roast, I wrap them in foil and cook for about 6 hours for an average height of the cease-fire with the fat down.
