Ok, so it has a decent setup, I have a portable 12v Cobra CB whip antenna and a 48IN in the house of my AC-DC converter blew up and I wonder if I could use a charger like thoes little black boxes to use for a phone that I to use a wireless adapter 12 V GPA when I kick with my radio

For a CB rule that you must at least 3Amp with a capacity between 12 and 14volts.
A regulated source is much better, a non-regulated, but of course more expensive.

Forget about every kind of job plugback wall wart.
Rarely slightly higher than 1 AMP achieved. And are often not very well regulated.

With a reference source for the radio, what it takes to affect the power transmission and singing voice, and often add a buzz to the transfer.

Your best option to purchase enough energy to CB, are not so expensive.


PS. Do not use the car battery chargers. !
